Description

Bioclean biological household cleaner is a concentrated biological liquid surface cleaner specially designed for use in homes or businesses where sanitary installations are present. e.g. septic tank systems, grease traps / pits and cess pits. Unlike most non-biological cleaning products that can harm and cause blockages in the system, BioClean will keep the system blockage free and aid the natural degradation process.

How it works

BioClean household cleaner is based on micro-organisms, enzymes and nutrients that liquefy and digest most organic matter, thus offering a high level of cleansing performance.

Floor Cleaner

With each application, it penetrates into cracks and crevices of floor surfaces to degrade and digest mild oil spills, grease and other accumulated nutrients leaving floors truly clean. Other benefits include the elimination of slippery floors caused by grease build-up. Dispose of mop water into drains or sinks after cleaning will enhance the bioactive action throughout the plumbing lines.

Washroom And Toilet Cleaner

By applying uniformly, particularly in areas where spills can occur, Bioclean allows the bacteria spores to degrade trapped and absorbed organic materials leaving walls, floor tiles and other surfaces clean and free of unpleasant odours.

Odour Eliminator

Finding the source of obnoxious odours is critical. Many times it seems that despite hard cleaning, decaying organic matter is still left behind. BioClean Household Cleaner acts on organic waste and eliminates the source of most offensive odours. It leaves walls, floors, toilet and surrounding area clean and pleasant smelling. There is NO masking as the bio-enzymes breaks down the entire organic matter into Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O).

Application Areas

BioClean biological Household Cleaner can be used for cleaning most areas in the home and business, including the following; Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, tiles, work surfaces, wash basins, toilet basins, carpets, upholstery, curtains etc.

General Directions

Can be sprayed, wiped, mopped or sponged.

Dilution Rate

Dilute (1:40) 5 capfuls of BioClean into 1 litre of warm water. (Do not use in boiling hot water as it would kill the beneficial micro-organisms essential for the cleaning performance).

After Use

When finished, dispose of waste water into drains, sinks or lavatories to enhance the bioactive action throughout the plumbing lines keeping them clean, clear and blockage free. Working hand-in-hand with Septclean 250FE, BioClean assists in clearing and digesting the organic waste in your septic tank.

Floor Cleaner

Mix 3 to 6 capfuls to 10 litres of warm water. No rinsing required. Dispose of mop water into drains or sinks after cleaning will enhance the bioactive action throughout the plumbing lines.

Washroom And Toilet Cleaner

Mix 6 capfuls to 5 litres of water for toilet floor cleaning or spray directly on toilet wall after cleaning and maintenance. For spot cleaning using sprayer, firstly remove excess solids or liquids. Spray diluted product onto deeply soiled areas as “pre-treatment”, especially for urine and stained areas. For toilet bowl, pour 9 to 18 capfuls into the bowl pipe and leave overnight. For heavy encrustation, use bowl mop or brush.

Odour Eliminator

Mix 6 capfuls to 500ml of water and spray onto surfaces with obnoxious odours such as refuse containers, sanitary systems and carpets.
