Product Description

Automatic peristaltic dosing pump for dosing of Bio-Free into drain lines and fat traps with minimal supervision.

The pump is available in mains and battery powered versions, both with integral programmable timers.

The pump cab be wall mounted in a convenient position close to the drain line to be dosed.

Time of dosing and volume of Bio-Free to be injected are easily set on the programmable timer.

(Note: The pump operates at consent flow rate and volume is simply set by adjusting the programmed running time).

Directions for use.

Mount  pump on a convenient surface close to the sink or drain line to be dosed.

Once the timer has been programmed to the required dosing and running times, the pump must be connected to an uninterrupted electrical supply (except battery versions).

Place the suction lint into a container of Bio-Free and the delivery line into the sink or drain.

Prime the pump by pressing the over-ride button on the pump front panel until the suction and delivery lines are full. (The pump will run while the button is held down).

Once set, the pump will run as programmed. Check the container of Bio-Free from time to time to ensure that  the level in the container is falling at the expected rate.

Change for a new full container as appropriate.
