Returns/Refunds:
Inter-Bio will replace or refund any unwanted product or if found to be damaged or defective providing you notify us at the address shown on the contact page within 28 days of delivery and we will credit your card accordingly. We will require the customer to cover the cost of postage for returning the product.

Delivery:
Normally within 4 working days from clearance of card payment.

Currency:
We currently require payement in GBP (Pounds Sterling) This will be converted at the current rates of exchange when the payment is made from your own currency.

Export:
There are no export restictions on our products and we can ship to any country. Approved for use throughout the EEC in accordance with regulation "EEC No. 2092/91"

Payment:
Is through SecPay Secure Server by MasterCard, Visa or Access
